Ya know at almost 5 years of ownership I find my 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve has a lot of features still missing from compact SUV's costing a lot more.The Alfa Romeo Stelvio comes to mind. Thousands more, as in $6,000.+ and still no headlights that turn with the steering wheel and no heads up display.
So I feel I got a good deal as well as a reliable SUV that has great body design and that killer "Candy Apple Red" paint job. (Yeah, "Something Soul Red", I know)

I have 2 big ones that aren't something you'd think to look for, but become super annoying after having:
1) Cup Holder Locations! - With larger water bottles, and even normal sized, they are in the way of the stick. They are wedged closely behind the shifter rather than in front so are annoying and always in the way.
2) Mirror Stability - Side mirrors (and rearview) all shake. I find it distracting and fringe-unsafe at night. Mazda and other manufacturers have had this issue since the mid-2010s (some sooner) and I suspect it's when things moved to the pronged style connectors allowing for all directions rotation, and the mirrors aren't securely fastened within the wing frame. I don't know why no one corrects this - there've been TSBs for these nearly every model so why can't they start getting this right? It's the one thing despite the luxury feel of the interior that makes the car feel cheap.

Ok these a re 2 rather entertaining complaints...so I won't quote any specific member. 
1) auh really cup holder complaint? use a short bottle! Cured. lol Your Mazda is an automatic so I am not sure unless you have the seat so far forward that it would be a shifter operation concern. But then the cockpit is designed for an average human being ? But I guess its a personal complaint and a first ever reading on any forum?
2) if your mirror stability is shaking then it is directly related to an alignment issue, worn or damaged suspension part, or tire issue. Not the mirrors. I would have Mazda check all I mentioned!
I understand you found a TSB that was generated for a trained professional Auto mechanic and technician I personally have never had a customer COMPLANT so have not looked for any related TSB but nevertheless it is not how the mirrors are secured.
I can remove all your wheel balance weights and easily create the condition you are describing.

Both of those are opinion based and as such they will be all over the place.
1) I have no issues with my cup holders as I have an automatic and when I really get into it, I use the paddle shifters.
I would point out that many states, including mine, now have distracted driving laws. Those laws apply not only to hand use of phones but drinking and eating as well.
2) I have zero issues with any mirror shaking on CX-5. As Cali pointed out you should be checking for defective parts.
The only mirror TSB's seen are for the folding mirrors not fully opening or closing, nothing about shaking.

Mazda confirmed it's currently happening with hundreds of CX90s but not a ton of 2024 CX5s yet. The entire assembly has been replaced and they've tried a few things. Been in the shop 3 times. They brought down the tire pressure and we've gone through the alignment but they're convinced its the mirror itself. It's also a fairly well documented issue on older CX5 models so hopefully a TSB comes in and they can remedy it like in previous years. I'm not quite following the rest of your response.

Response to #1 - Strange reply-- the cup holders are behind the gear shifter, many to most vehicles have it in front to avoid the conflict. I find it a pretty simple spatial/design complaint. Nothing too crazy, but the thread asked for a complaint, so there's my complaint.

The mirrors on my CX5 are no problem. There is absolutely no vibration and this is the first complaint I've heard about that. The mirrors on my old 1965 Mustang 289 4 speed vibrated, but so did the entire car.

It not really a right or absolute WRONG answers on a forum thread regarding your situation. Most of us do the best we can based on information a member gives about their problems. My guess is about 70% answers from members are guessing based on other things they have read on the internet or personal experience. Then there are some like me that deal with customers and issues weekly of the answers and read the information from members like yourself but it not that any of us are WRONG its the total information given that leads to the most logical answers. I have to tell you that you did try to post as much as you could and what I personally requested but that was all I had to go with not physically having your Mazda to check myself. My GUESS based on all this threads information and what you just posted will not be a Lemon law vehicle, nor will you have any legal compensation but simply a WARANTY service that Mazda will correct by parts replacement. Here's the kicker. It's now been since May that I filed the claim, since August that the repurchase was awarded, and since the 14th of December since compliance date passed. Mazda has not fulfilled their duties under the award. So, I'm stuck still paying for a lemon that's already been awarded a buyback, plus my new car that doesn't have issues with all the same safety features (went back to BMW, they stand behind their products), stuck paying insurance on a vehicle I cannot drive, and ALL because Mazda is failing to uphold the very agreement they themselves wrote.
This has been MY EXPERIENCE with Mazda and considering it was my first experience with Mazda, they have definitely lost a customer. I will never purchase anything Mazda again. I will tell everyone I can about my experience with Mazda!
