First you say you agreed to the arbitrator's decision, and then you say you are not going to sign it.
Frankly I can see why 20 lawyers have not taken your case.
If it were me at this point, I would cut my losses and just pay off the vehicle, drop the insurance and sell it to a scrap yard.
Consider it an expensive lesson learned that no one should ever deal with any "lawyer free arbitrator" services.
I would also point out that nearly every auto manufacturer including BMW also uses BBB Auto Line services.

The arbitrators determination I agreed to! The release agreement with the calculations, i do not agree to!

Until you go through the process which is bull$h!t you wouldn't understand what I'm saying. I have fully complied, the manufacturer has not. That's all I'm going to say about this. Have a wonderful life!! 😊

I don't know of a single legal process that doesn't contain steaming piles of BS.
My late grandfather was a lawyer and a Judge and informed me all about the legal system and having a good lawyer was the first on the list.
I too have been through the process with two new motorcycles (Kawasaki and a Ducati) and other items.
However, I used my own lawyer, not an arbitrator and the outcomes were in my favor, minus my lawyer fees in one case, in the other he collected them.
It also helped that the Ducati dealer himself was on my side as well (not corporate until my lawyer and the dealer explained the issue).
The Kawasaki dealer was not and went out of business shortly after (basically corporate actually agreed with me).
I continued to purchase Ducati motorcycles and even had an additionally Kawasaki.
May you put this frustrating chapter behind you and realize that every brand puts out the occasional "lemon".
And that for every instance like yours there are equally opposite ones, it's how life and people work.
Sometimes we win sometimes we lose and all we can do is celebrate the wins and learn from the losses.
I'm enjoying my retired life after multitudes of both
May you do as well.

The point that you and I know is that legally arbitration outside a court of Law may seem to work on paper seldom if ever works outside a court of law. When arbitration is done in a court of Law both parties that agree to arbitration instead of going through the suit process the outcome by the arbitrator is enforced by the court and the law of that state.

The other thing you and I noticed right off is some inconsistencies and missing information pertaining to that BBB and that whole attachment as binding and interpreting that it could be legally enforced. wtf!? lol
The one thing unless i did not read it anywhere is that NO LEGAL ADVICE was sought directly from a law firm and attorney. That means lots of FREE service. In a situation that several thousand dollars (more like 10k or more) is involved you invest in getting an attorney pay them and then when you get your case performed try to get the fees for attorney included in the settlement. A real attorney has more fire power ij the court process then an outside agency that offers "arbitration". PEROD!

Well maybe we will see the member posting on another forum and see how that goes. Currently on the other 5 nothing ....yet! lol

Oh and I have been through at least 2 that I can remember outside the legal court system arbitration.... Sunrun solar company and my HOA. I ignored there BS letter from the arbitrator and referred the arbitration company to my attorney. Those toothless dogs backed down. LOL
I wont go into the long details about Sunrun Solar but let me say they are terrible company when it comes to billing and their warranty on servicing failing panels less then 1 year old. But my HOA tried to fine me 150 bucks and started a lien process on my house for having my USA Flag hung on my garage stating it was to big . This was during the 4th of July. LOL
