Battery Tray Broken 2014 Cx-5

I am trying to replace the battery tray on my 2014 CX-5 but i can not seem to get it completely out. Anyone have any experience with this? I can’t find anything online to help me.

Not sure if this will work but open it and scroll down to battery tray removal.
