AUX mode electric static noise issue with radio

Has some one had electric static noise from speakers when AUX 3.5 audio jack cable is plugged in and AUX is selected on the head unit? I thought it could be a cable issue, i've changed 3 cables and still having that noice. I have 2018 CX-5, car is brand new.

What happens if you use the USB port?
Have you tried another device?

The device i am connecting uses standard 3.5 jack, and yes, i've tried connected different devices. The problem begins when i connected only even one end of the cable into the car's slot, and nothing on the other.

Its still under warranty. Take it back to the dealer.

I have the same problem with my 2007 mazda 3. But it only buzzes when the phone is plugged in to charge at the same time the AUX is plugged in.

I have the exact same issue with my 2012 Mazda 6. I get a static noise that varies with the radio volume level (Only mild at low volumes but very noticeable at higher volume). The static is present regardless of whether or not an input device is connected to the aux cord or music is playing. Different aux cords do not affect the sound, nor does charging. Please HELP!
