Default Active Driving Display Settings Not Saving

Hey Everyone,

I'm curious if other's are having an issue with the active display settings not saving after a few days. If I adjust the height of the active display, it will stay where I set it for a few days but it inevitably resets back to factory default and I have to change it again. Has anyone come across this and/or a solution to it? TIA!

Are there two people driving the car? The active display settings are saved along with the seat position for each driver.

That is what I thought that I had had happen..... two drivers. But upon further reflection, it occurred to me that once I reset the seat position to MY choice, the active display should have returned to MY settings. Yet I still find myself re-tilting the display, usually more toward counter-clockwise. No big deal, but I still don't understand what is happening.

You were correct. The issue really came down to the timing of setting the seat position etc. IE, you have hit the position button (in my case, 1) set the seat position AND active driver display position then hit SET then the number of the position (1) again. That seems to have done the trick for us for now.

Thanks again!

You have to go to driver recognition and go through steps, then go to the saved settings. You absolutely have to click on Saved Settings

Every change you make has to be verified by checking SAVED SETTINGS

Despite the old thread:
The HUD settings are stored not only with the seat settings but also with the key fob.
With two seat settings and two key fobs, you have four independent configurations for the seat combined with the HUD.
