I've had my 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring with the Tech and Sun Roof Packages for 2 weeks!
Just found out from Mazda Tech Support, Level 2 Techs, that if you want to add Personal or Business Names to the NAV Destinations, you do it by transferring your paired selected Phone Contacts that have the addresses installed on your Smart Phone!
Looking forward to input from the pro's! Thanks!

I have not updated my GPS' software yet. Right now I am finding that the path that it takes you on does not reflect the best traffic time. I don't think I will update mine until I see confirmation that it helps with real time traffic. For now I simply add locations to my favorites when it's unable to find it initially. I find this is the case for my workplace for example. It cannot find my job's address and I used to just select a random address on the same street, then I discovered that you can Add Your Current Location and it saves it.

Yeah, I was disappointed in this as well. It shows one static map of the entire region without much detail. More of a gimmick than anything else.
