2015 cx-5 liftgate wont open
 

the liftgate wont open i can hear it lock and unlock but i dont hear the click for it opening. also the door wont lock from the inside so i am wondering if this is all related together. anybody have the same problem and any ideas how to fix it on my own before i give in and bring it to the dealership...
