Default Accessory mode on - how to?

I would like to be able to listen to music even after turning the engine off. Any hack for it? My manual is in a language I don’t speak, if this information is there could someone please share it?

What happens when you press the start button once with you feet NOT on the pedals?

Without your foot on the pedal, double press the engine start button quickly. It will turn on all electronics except the engine.

That’s the great complementary response to the one above. It works great when the engine is already started, as the engine stops, keeping the accessories on. It also works when the engine it’s off - both one press or double press will turn on just the accessories. Thanks a loot!!
