Hi all

Going for a test drive of a Mazda CX 3 and was wondering if they are with the purchase or should I look at other models? I do have my eye on a 3 hatchback and have asked to drive that.

Also, are there extended warranties available that would be available for issues such as cambelt going etc?

Toying with the idea of having a BMW but I'm put off by how much id have to spend on one.

 

No cambelts in modern Mazda's.

Drive the CX-3 & CX-30 & Mazda 3. Go for a extended road test on all three. Take your time, take a passenger or two. Don't be rushed.

In my market they have a 5yr unlimited mileage warranty.

 

Have they got any issues with the timing chains?

I am trying to get in contact with my local Mazda dealership. I have tried to phone them for the past two days and email them to arrange a test drive but they aren't making any effort to contact me.

 

Over in UK it would appear that are only offering 12 months warranty. It's quite concerning considering I am looking at Audi's and BMWs dealerships offering 2yr warranties.

 

No known chain issues.
