For starters you need to be specific what sound you personally think is unusual for you? BTW moving the video all over tends to make for a bad sound "help me" video try to target where the noise you think is concerning to you only.
Then you need to add the following information:
year
miles
Last service performed and what exactly was it.

Also you did not describe what you think the target noise of concern to you is.

here is the thing.....videos like yours are not really helpful because how noises and sounds get recorded and their sounds get mixed up. Below is a video recording of my PERFECTLY running engine and it would have some thinking that there are strange and troubling noises every where.
You get my point I hope?

Im planning to buy a small car, i dont mind the small cabin area since i used nissan juke in the past, they both have pretty similar interior space. But the thing that bug me are the firm suspension and interior noise that a lot of reviewers pointed out. The road in my hometown is pretty bumpy and theres a lot of holes, pretty much ****ty.

You can only adjust the ride quality with different tire tread design.
There is no manufacture of suspension parts that offers softer riding dampeners.
You could talk to a shop that modifies off road vehicle they might with a signed disclaimer do some spring changes that may help? But don't count on that. For various reasons!

You can get sound deadening material added to many parts of the interior that can lower the sound lever considerably. The most notable is removing the factory carpet and placing the material under the carpet. This about $700-$1000 USD. Also adding that same material in the doors and other interior areas can make an average Mazda sound like a LIMO.
