Woe is me! engine swap questions

Well, hello all. I'm new here and Just looking for a little advice. I recently rescued a 1987 B(eater)2200 from a couple of truck destroyers, and unfortunately for me, the engine blew a week after. Just my luck, but now that i've gotta replace the motor anyways, i've been wondering what would make up an EFI engine swap (to a newer b2200 motor 90-93 i think), or if a 13b rotary would be a viable replacement motor? Has anyone done a 13b swap into these trucks yet (i'm sure someone has), also where i could find a complete wiring harness (engine, "front" harness for the cab, and "rear" harness for the tail end)? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ok, just out of curiousity, what other motors have been successfully swapped into this truck ( i have an extended cab by the way), and has anyone ever tried a ford 302 swap?

i am new here, but i have a 94 b4 with 7" lift and 33's i would really like more info on the 302 swap. short of finding a 5.0 exploder (wreck, or rollover), i am not sure where to start. fuel injection would be nice to have but not a necessity. let me know what you can. thanks
