Default White Smoke? 1993 Mazda B2200

I have a 1993 b2200 pick up truck with only 97K miles I start notice white smoke from the exhaust for short period of time. The engine is not overheat she run pretty good, but the PCV valve get a white grease that cause the white smoke. I cleaned up but couple days later get the same white grease again, also I notice the same white grease under the oil cap. Any suggestions?

check the antifreeze level and plugs.if your burning antifreeze the plug(s) will be washed/whiteish not normal rusty/black in colour, compare the 4 together match to the cylinder and note which plug or lots of short distance driving-engine not getting hot enough(operating temp) to dry up moisture inside the engine.

I was told that the white smoke maybe automatic transmission fluid burning and I notice that mine have low or no ATF and the truck have no leaks and I put 3 bottles in less than a month.

If you're losing ATF, check there's some type of modulator for automatics on the engine somewhere that can be leaking into the engine.

You was correct! I bought a new ATF vacuum modulator (aftermarket part from NAPA) put it on and 5 minutes later no smoke. BTW the transmission shifts lot lot lot better. Thanks
