RE: v8 swap in 92 b2200

First off what kinda 307 r u wanting to use if u r talking chevy forget it put a 350 in there they r cheap to build and extremly easy to put in if you have the basic fabricating tools. I put mine in built engine and trany mounts and crossmembers and had it running in around 6 months and i was going to school and working part time. if u have any questions give me haller back i can tell u what to use and give u measurements on anything. laterz

RE: v8 swap in 92 b2200

Man! Icould sure usesome tips on that swap! I've got a 350 TBI out of a good running GMC 1500 just waiting for a home. My 2.3L in my "97" B2300 is getting pretty tired. Hit me back with the basic problems with the swap. Keep in mind I am a good mechanic and have all the fab tools at my disposal. Any part numbers or measurments would be helpful. THANKS!
