Exclamation smoke from exhaust.

i drive a 1989 b2200. as i was driving down the road the other day and my oil light came on. as i was stopping to check i noticed a lifter ticking really loudly. i added some oil and noticed that it was pouring out of the motor. i drove it a short distance down the road and parked it to try to figure out what was up. turns out the cylinder head plug that covers the rear of the camshaft was missing, allowing the oil to escape from the head. i added oil and drove it back to my house. it sat for 2 or 3 days until i got the plug i needed, started it up and let it run long enough to burn off the oil that it dumped on everything, and now 2 days later im still getting alot of oil smoke from the exhaust. what are my options? either piston rings or valve seals right? where to start?

Rings but it could come out of it. You starved the rings running it low of oil. Add Marvins marvelous mystery oil to the crankcase.

I'm not a big fan of additives, generally speaking, but I've seen Marvin's work several times in cases like this. Also good for un-sticking stuck lifters.

What a cool name too!

Mystery Oil...

i added this stuff called no smoke and it seemed to help a little but did not fix the smoke completely. my original plan was to do a f2 fuel injected or f2t swap. i may go ahead and do the fuel inj. swap if i can get everything together this month. has anybody ever done the fuel inj. swap? i need to know what all steps to take and what problems i could run into. do i need the complete wiring harness or just the engine wiring? will the block bolt directly to the b2200 trani bellhousing?
