Bought a 89 B2200 from a friend, just fixing it up. I want to replace the valve stem seals, but ran into a small problem. There's a bolt behind cam pully that keeps the rocker's from being removed. Can't get a socket in through the hole in the cam pully, is there a way to get the bolt loose without removing the cam pully or is there a special tool to reach through the hole to get to the bolt or can the rocker's be removed with removing this bolt.
