Popping Noise over bumps!!!
 

It's happened for a few months now and I still can't figure out what the problem is. I got up under neath the front end yesterday didn't see anything really bad except a crack in one of the boots but since I'm not good with mechanicals I'm not sure which it was (but I know not the Ball Joint) - it's directly below the BJ (LOL).
Any suggestions?
Oh, sorry the noise is coming from the passenger side front wheel. Like I said only over bumps, not during turns.

by the sounds of things what you are expreriencing is a bad ball joint and depending on the year of your truck and if it has the i beam suspension apposed to the independant front suspenion you probably have two ball joints an upper and lower. and unless you have a pressa machine shop of a mechanic will have to perform this job for you and you should change all four, two left and two right, hope this has given you some insight on your problem.
