Here are a couple of pictures of my 1990 Mazda B2200. It only has 101k miles on it. It will likely fall apart from rust through before it dies of engine or transmission failure.

Hi, nice Truck! Do you get stopped by people all the time who ask you if you wanna sell your truck? Boy wish I had a nickle! My red 90 b2200 Xtra cab gave up the ghost with 178,000mi. My mechanic pulled the motor and showed me that the top end had a LARGE HOLE in it!! i had to get a brand new upper/ he rebuilt the lower end and now I have a new engine and can start over for the next 21 years!
My suspension, however, is totally shot and I intend to do the work myself. $100-$150 for complete kit. I would like to find the threads on this forum for all tips on suspension for a 90 B2200 but how do I find 'em?
Take care of that '90

Help

Hey I’m new to the 2200 side. I just got this truck a week ago and it’s definitely a fixer upper. Just a general question though, where do you all get the parts for this thing? I’m replacing the exterior fuel pump and noticed some of the fuel lines needed swapping and I just can’t seem to find them anywhere! Used rock auto and found nothing

Welcome to the forum.

Maybe take a little more time to complete or or more to your profile?

The Mazda is old so many parts you will either need to make , modify parts to fit or find them at an auto dismantles yard.

Nice clean truck for it's age. At least you got the better engine. Our's were fitted with Mitsubishi engines and were absolute lemons. Timing chain issues cracked blocks the stories don't end.
