Are Mazda and Ford Ranger headlights interchangeable?

Hi,

I just bought a 2002 B2300 last Friday.

Once of the headlights could use replacement due to the age and "frosting" factor of the glass, and I was wondering if the headlight from a Ford Ranger can be used instead, since the Mazda and Ranger are the same truck (with subtle differences).

Thanks,

Wayne Hunt

They make various compounds that you can buy at most auto stores and even wal-mart to clean the lenses.

Thanks, but the goal isn't to clean the lenses, it's to replace them with the larger Ford Ranger HID style components like you see in pro shops and on eBay.
