Default I failed dmv Inspection

I failed for Emissions, Is there a carb adjustment I can make to help it pass, It runs fine and the acceptable NOx is 1668 and mine was 1721, so its aff a little bit, I have already added the " cfc garantied to pass" in the tank.
Any help would be appriciated.

I always clean or replace plugs, and add new air cleaner. Make sure engine and catalytic converter are fully warmed up.

I would try a professional cleaning first. Clean out the fuel and exhaust/cat system using the BG direct cleaning system. It runs about $60, but I have seen the results and it works.
