Going to be redoing the brake lines

My brake lines that go to the back drums are corroded and the only brakes working currently are the ones on the front wheels. It sucks because the truck pulls to the right hardcore and I have to hold on to the steering wheel really tightly when I'm braking. And it also sucks when it's snowing outside because I can't turn and brake very well if the streets are slick.

I'm going to be going to an auto store here as soon as we get our house and I'm going to buy some new brake lines. I was just wondering if there was a special way to replace all these lines. I'm assuming I'm going to have to bleed the brakes but I'm not really sure.

If anyone knows anything about repairing this, I would appreciate it if you could give me all the insight you know because I'm probably going to be the only one doing this. I don't really want to ask a friend because I want to learn on my own, the hard way I guess.

Thanks.
