Fuel pump 89 Mazda b2200

Need help figuring out the correct to way to install the fuel pump on a 1989 Mazda b2200

If mechanical fuel pump, bolt on a new one. Note the spacer.

If auto transmission model with in-tank fuel pump, then tilt up the truck bed for access.
