Yes. For 1986-1993 USA B-trucks there are two types of cabs: regular cab (same as for relatively rare longbed models) and Cab Plus.
If doing a complete swap, my guess is that you'll need to swap over the wiring harness and ECU. The newer one may have ABS computer and wiring too. It will require a little work.
Stuff like a tilt steering wheel, cluster with tachometer, all bolt-ins.
