I'm more comfortable doing a turbo setup than a motor swap of that size. I remember reading on minitrucking about mega squirt for tuning. Im sure I can find someone that does mail tunes to help get me started.

Did a drop spindle and rear leaf drop. Boy did she drop it like its hot. Of course my tires where to wide. So I went with some 185/55/15 on my 15x7. And she dropped another 2 inches. Now I'm not even sure I can go over a speed bump!!!
