B2200 ECU Replacement

Does anyone have a reliable place to have a ECU tested, rebuilt or know where to buy a a good used one with warranty? I need the F2G8 (fuel injected) model. I already tried ebay and got shafted by a seller who sent a bad one and didn't accept returns.

I've thrown everything but the kitchen sink at this 93 Mazda fuel injected B2200 to get it to run right. Even paid $1000 to have the ECU and MAF rebuilt which helped for about a year but now this pos runs worse than ever. I believe the current ECU is now so badly degraded that it needs to be replaced. It's literally the only thing it could be.

Any help with finding a replacement or testing the current unit is greatly appreciated.... been at this for many years and just want this turd to be out of my life. Thanks

Are you ok with soldering/electronics? If so, you just need to replace all the capacitors, or at least all the ones that are 'bulging', on the ECU board. As long as the electrolyte hasn't leaked from any of the capacitors and damaged the board traces etc.
