B220 diesel pump

Hello
I am having problems with the timing of the diesel pump on my mazda b220 1995/6.
Could anybody out there help?

I have a factory manual for the one made in 1983 but unfortunatly don't know anything about the new ones. Are you located outside the U.S.? I think they only made them here in 83.
