I picked this truck up on the cheap from somebody who was down n out on funds... Head was off due to blown head gasket, the dumba_s didnt know how to actually work on it (or anything) so he just let it sit for the past six months with coolent sitting on the pistons, yup, rings were frozen to the cylinder wall's... Coca Cola over night and a vacume n 2X2 n mallet with pressure on the crank broke them free.. lots of steel whool and some Marvels Mistery Oil ( GREAT STUFF!! ) needless to say, everything turned fine, proceeded to clean up all the rust and prep the short block for the head to be re-installed, (yes I had it shaved).. Well long story shorter, Iam not sure if Iam off a tooth or not, but it's not running right and a bitch to time.. Dizzy is turned all the way towards the front of the truck...
