Can these still be found anywhere? Looking for a grey one in great condition, but it seems that they are no longer available.

 

My own console came from a parts yard, a decade ago. Try parts yard, Ebay, be patient and have your money ready.

 

I have an extra gray one that I got off a B2600i. It has the two-shifter, rubber boot, but that can be switched out with a one-shifter, rubber boot.

 

There's one in the junkyard near me. Want me to grab it?

 

I found - a decade ago when B-trucks were more plentiful in the parts yards here - that easiest parts to sell were those center consoles, metal 3-spoke steering wheels, "tow" mirrors, and instrument clusters that had tachometers.

I have all those myself.
