Same thing happened to me when picking up a 92’ B2200. I dragged the truck across the dirt lot it was in because the pads were locked in the front. When the AAA guy winched it onto the flatbed, there were two LOUD cracks from the pads freeing up on the rotors. This is 100% what’s going on with your truck!
