Default 86 b2000 valve lifters, rock arms, Carb Jets

Sorry it is an '88. I have a 4 cyl, 2.2l, F2 Engine, 130K miles: Valves were tapping hard. Disembled valve train and replaced two lifters / tappets. I got the rocker arms mixed up and do not know the order to replace them on the rocker shaft. The part numbers as 2-2, 2-4, 2-5 and 2-6. Does anyone know the order of arms? Also, replaced the old carb with a new webber. Runs much better but very rich on idle, gassly on tellers at drive-thru windows. I think in have the wrong jets. Any one had success replacing the carb? Thanks!
