I bought an 82 B2600i which has had a fair amount of work done on it by the previous owner. The other day I noticed something hanging down from the bottom of the truck. I pulled it up on ramps and found it was a rubber gasket between the transition and engine. I removed the two bolts and took off the metal plate that was holding it on. The basket doesn't seem like it fits at all and I can't find a replacement for it. Here are some photos.
