Default 2000 B2600 vs US B2500

I have a 2000 Mazda B2600. I bought it in the Caribbean. I was wondering what the differences in parts would be to a US B2500. Would the only differences be in the engine? Specifically I need a new upper control arm for the passager side (left side). Would the part for a B2500 work??

Thanks
Stern

Default RE: 2000 B2600 vs US B2500

The B2600 is probably a made in Japan true Mazda. The B2500 is a Ford badged as a Mazda. Check the first letter of the VIN #s. If it starts with a J its made in Japan. If it starts with a 1 its made in USA. Mazda quitexporting Japanese made trucks to the US in 1994. They are all Fords badged as Mazda in the US. They are probably still exporting them to other countries though which is probably what the 2000 B2600 is.
