I'm getting ready to replace the lash adjusters in my B2200 pickup (2.2 w/carb.) and was wondering how involved a job this is. Are the rocker shaft assemblies on the 2.2 engine held in place by the head bolts? If so, can I get away with removing just one shaft at a time or will this disturb the head gasket enough that I should just go ahead and remove the cylinder head?
