15 inch wheels for a B2600i
Hello,
I'm looking to change my 91 B2600i's wheels from the stock 14 inch steelies to 15 inch ones. Finding OEM wheels for it has been difficult and I'm curious if these wheels on eBay will fit. The hub bore is 100mm, larger than the B2600i's 93.1. I know for alloy wheels spacers can be used but for steelies my understanding is that there would be a gap and all the weight of the car would be on the lugs. I know what size, offset, bolt pattern to get, and am able to find other wheels that fit those specifics, but they all have larger bores. I'm, curious if running steelies with larger bores is an unwise move for safety, reliability, etc. I'm planning on switching from 205/75 r14 tires to 215/75/15 just FYI. |
A friend here gave me a set of 15" B2600i 4WD wheels with tires, I put them on my 1988 B2200.

Very nice. I went with these wheels off of a 95 Rodeo. Thinking of painting them white to keep the look of the original 14 inchers. Do you ever have issues with rub on the rear tires when loaded down? I move full beds of soil a lot and am thinking I'll stick to 215/75/15 but am curious about 235/75/15.

BTW......welcome to the forum, and post a couple of pics of your truck if you can. |
