1) Click on User CP up above in the upper left-hand corner (in the thin purple strip just below the name of this forum.)
2) Look for Subscribed Threads in the column on the left-hand side.
3) Click List Subscriptions. These are the threads and sections you are subscribed to... you may check ("click" on the right side) the ones you want to stop receiving emails about. (Unsubscribe.)
4) Look for the drop-down menu in the pink strip near @ the bottom of the list and click on Delete Subscriptions. Click "Go".

You may just want to modify the type/frequency of the notifications you are receiving from some of these threads. You may selectively do that from the same drop-down menu and in the same manner.
