Suspension problem with a 93 929.

I have a suspension problem with a 93 929. While driving at 60mph if I hit a small bump the car will sway from side to side for a short time. The other thing it dose is stutter sometimes when I make a turn from a stop. Anyone can point me in the right direction. The car has 123k on it.
