It so happens I have a leftover engine that has been rebuilt, but not installed, sitting in my garage (on a stand.) It has all the bits, such as intake / exhaust manifolds, plugs, injectors, water pump, and flex plate. If anyone has a need for it, here's the story;
A few years back, I pulled the engine for a rebuild. In the process of doing so, which took quite awhile, I decided to drop a salvage engine in the car while I worked on the rebuild.
The salvage engine ran too good; it had only 79K original miles on it, and the car drove like brand-new, so I never bothered to do the final swap with the newly rebuilt engine, but rather kept it on-hand in case I needed bits off of it (which I never did.)
I sold the car a couple weeks ago, and the new owner did not have a garage, thus no room for storing this engine - and so here it sits, with brand new piston rings, bearings, oil pump, head gasket, rebuilt cylinder head. A full overhaul.
If there is anyone in the St Louis, MO area in need, please let me know in the next few days; I really don't want to scrap this engine, after all the work I put into it, but I also can't really justify storing it if I'll never have a use for it. These are also quite difficult to ship - but if desired, we can talk about it. I am guessing it's a couple hundred bucks at a minimum to ship it, but I have no idea really.
The photo isn't the greatest, but I can take more if desired.
