need help

Hello all!
I'm hoping to pick some brains!
I picked up a 2002 626 with a 2.5 v6 The previous owner overheated it due to blown headgaskets so i never heard it actually running.
I pulled the heads off and it had water on the cylinders so i know it had blow headgaskets. It also had the cam sensor that was totally blown up. The copper wire was sprung all over the place very odd.
Anyway......
I cleaned up the engine checked the heads for warping and it was fine. I put new gaskets on and a new waterpump, timing belt, cam sensor and crank sensor. New plugs and wires as well.
Put it all back together and it won't fire up. Started looking into it and i don't get any spark. Checked that I am getting power at the coil but seems im not getting signal. The cam sensor and crank sensors are both new. So i ordered a working ECU from ebay and tried that....still no spark. Then i started second guessing my timing belt so i ripped the covers back of and checked my marks and they are all dead on where they should be.
What else can I check?

Anyone have any thoughts on what to check on to get spark on this car?

Wow almost 200 views but no ideas yet? Ok let me ask this. Can anyone confirm the voltage to the camshaft sensor with key on but not started?
If i look over the wiring diagram and info it looks like it should be 1v on the pink and the blue wire. Can anyone confirm this is with key on but not running?
