Default 88 323 no injector pulse

okay so I got this 88 323 (5sp 1.6 n/a) as a hornet racecar and found it has no injector pulse been digging and found that the number one injector has power on both wires attached to it while 4 only has power on on side. when I put the test light on the yellow wire of number 1 you can here that injector and I assume 3 as well fire which leads to to link that the ecu just isn't grounding them. well I replaced the dizzy in hopes that it was just that not sending a signal to the ecu but that didn't change anything I haven't been able to check to see if I am actually getting a signal out of it because its hard to crank are car and hold test leads in at the same time. how to I check to make sure the ecu is even coming on and where does the ecu ground at? the dash and ignition switch have already been removed so I am tring to see what all wires were sapose to go to the ecu
