mazda 626 only one speaker playing

Soo i got this mazda 626 -98 and i noticed it has only one speaker playing, anyone else had this problem or know a solution to this before i go lookin to the wires and stuff?

Make sure the Balance & Fader are set to zero/centre. Possible the speakers are blown / disintegrated after 20 odd years.
