I also check the spark plug and on Spark Plug Number One there are sign of oil deposit...is that related to water pump or something else.

RE: Mazda 626 94 Water Pump Replacement

Do you know where it's leaking from? It might not be the water pump is faulty.

Given that you also have oil fouling on your plugs I would guess (and it's just a guess) that you might have a gasket that is damaged somewhere.

Start by trying to find out where the water is going. When the engine is warm are you blowing smoke out of the exhaust? White smoke is usually steam meaning that water is getting into the cylinders, black smoke is oil...

Is there a puddle under the car in the morning? Whereabouts is the puddle? Can you track that back to the leak? What is the puddle?

Our Jeep has a small leak from the bottom of the thermostat cover. I live with it at the moment because it is small (a drip every few minutes). and in order to fix it I will have to take the radiator out (I spent half an hour wondering how the Chilton's manual made it look so effortless when I almost can't get at some of those bolts, it's because they disassembled the entire front end... That makes things so much easier)...

Good luck.

Z.
