Mazda 626 (00 model) "Shaking and almost choking"

Hello. I have a Mazda 626 - (2000 model) shaking and almost choking when I lie between 2000-3000 rpm .. Have checked plugs, but nothing wrong there. Before I had problems around 3500 rpm. Anybody got a tip about what this might be? Thanks in advance.
