Mazda 323 headlight problem

The lower is the old, the upper is the new fuse I bought
I just bought a 1995 Mazda 323 sedan a good month ago. The entire headlights just doesn't works, so I suspected de fuse gone out. I changed it, but still noting. I checked the bulbs, vut they seems ok.
Anyone has any idea guys?

Are you getting power & earth at the headlight bulb connector?

Is the headlight relay clicking when the lights are turned on? Are you getting power, earth & trigger feed to the headlamp relay/s?

The relay clicks when I turn on the position lamp. I guess it means its ok, but is that same raley works the other lamps too?

Have you checked for power & earth?

Yes, they seem ok. I guess the last chance must be a cable problem

Check you fuses from inside, not outside.
