Mazda 323 executive auto, Jerking/Kangaroos

the car jerks/kangaroos when accelerating especially when pulling away, what could be the problem?

Check spark plugs, leads, dizzy cap & rotor ( if fitted ) Quality of spark, Fuel pressure & flow. Clean AFM & throttle body.
