Default Mazda 323 dash lights staying on

Hi, I have a mazda 323 astina 1.8 1990, manual, petrol, car has done about 250kms, car has been and continues to run sweet as a nut, I did an oil and filter change 2 days ago.

So you know when you turn the key 2 times the dash lights come on to the right (charge, oil, rear, brake) and when you start the car they all go off, obviously not the brake until you release the handbrake, well after the oil change, the oil light goes off but the other 3 stay on.

Again car runs perfectly and drives no different, the lights were not on before the oil change, I have tested rear lights they are fine, even when I put the handbrake down the light dims slightly but still stays on, so it Is evident there is nothing serious wrong with the car, I believe I may have knocked a wire or something in the process.

I did drip some oil when topping up down the back bit of the engine but I caught most of it and I don't see how that could cause the issue.

Do any of you have any clue what could cause this, I have disconnected the battery and held the brake pedal to reset the system but still no change, I have checked over all the wires I can see and one next to the filter was slightly out so pushed it back in but that did nothing, I don't know whether I need to run a diagnostic on it and clear it maybe or will that even show me the problem.
Or does anyone know what wires or wiring loom could be effecting it?

Any help greatly appreciated
