Mazda 323 Astina 180i se BP Electrical Problem
 

Hi i recently bought an Astina from an deceased persons estate , The engine will not switch off when removing the key from the ignition, aswell the dash lights and the petrol pump ect stays on, it is as if the key is still in the on position. The engine will switch off if i pull the BTN fuse, with the fuse out it can start and stop the engine with the ignition, but the acc acts as on aswell, i see the fuse box was taken out as some time and the radio fuse location has a hole in as if it was burned or drilled. i did pull fuses in the interior fusebox but none of them stops this from happining. The engine dies if i pull out the key and then pull the engine fuse but the dash lights stay on ect. Where can i start to look for the problem? i get about 8KM/L on the car, is that normal for an 180i se? Any help will be appreciated.
