Ignition relay?horn button 1988 626 NT
Is there a relay that might be sticking in the ignition causing the starter to stay on ,BEFORE I pull it all apart to replace the ignition switch and tumbler>? Also,how do you remove the horn button on the steering wheel to remove the steering wheel?
