Unhappy Horn is silent - '84 929 HB coupe

Hi everyone, my horn stopped working a month ago when I took apart the steering wheel (I broken clip was grinding against plastic making it very annoying to steer). I just changed the steering wheel yesterday, thinking it would solve my problem (I installed a steering wheel from the previous generation 929, looks way better!). As it's plug and play installation I don't think the problem comes from the steering wheel, especially that It stopped working a few months already. I checked the fuse (in the manual it says it's the N.1, for break lights & horn) and it's all good, now I'm thinking that I might have short circuited something when I took the steering wheel apart. When I try to honk no sound comes at all...
Does anyone know if there's a relay for the horn in this car? Where would it be located? Could the problem come from the horn itself, even thought very unlikely?

Any help would be appreciated, so I can honk my beautiful new steering wheel !

Hi, it sounds like you may have disturbed the horn wiper contact or slipring that transfers the signal from the two switches and down the column.
Seem to remember there was a couple of horn related spade connectors under the steering wheel.
I also believe there is a horn relay somewhere in the engine bay...
Attached the whole manual of wiring diagrams for this car in case you have to start digging.
PS: Seems upload the 65MB manual is not accepted for unknown reasons. If you really need it we'll find a way

Hey Pilot65 ! Could you email me the wiring diagram? Would help quite a lot ! For now I will unscrew the plastic parts under the column to check the wiring, but I still think there's a great chance it's the relay that causes my problem, because the fuses in the cabin & under the hood are all good. Here is my email (alagnous@ gmail. com)
Takk !

Hey now I've just cleaned the back of the steering wheel, the metal part that touch the spring, and the only difference Is that I now have a clicking sound coming from under the dash. I've heard it from close and it seems that it comes from the CPU and not the fuse box (I'm 99% sure). Since I cannot pull and replace the relay like on some other cars because it seems located within the cpu what should I try next? Bad ground connection? Horn died? I'm really confused it worked just fine when I bought the car...
