Default Door Ajar light

My son has a 2001 626 that has developed a problem that seems generated by gremlins. The door ajar light stays on 24x7 no matter what. Pulling the fuse puts the light out but also takes out the interior lights. I cant seem to find which door is causing the problem and short of replacing all switches, am at a loss as to what to do. Any ideas would be welcome. Taking it to the dealer is beyond my son's budge-poor college student and all. He tries to remember to start and run it daily, but often forgets and then-dead battery.

Removing each door jamb switch one at a time til the light goes out should show you which is sticking. They use a 1 wire simple circuit which grounds when the door opens.
