?Codes 94 626 2.0L?

94 626 2.0L

The problem is its hard to start and dieseling when shutting off, sometimes stalls when the rpm gets to low.
I got my car started again not sure why it had a hard time, anyway it enabled me to get the codes.

Are these causing the problems I described

No codes for the KOEO Key on Engine Off test (111), cool right? well wait a minute...

the timing is good, I went to TDC and the rotor was near #1, and the timing marks on the cams E and I lined up, the mark on the damper pulley was on the timing gauge (not on "o" but to the front side of the car by about 2 or 3 lines)

Part two KOER Key on Engine running

173 R HEGO HO2S or (O2 sensor) I tried to test it but i'll have to fab some jumpers to reach down in there for me. Exhaust and top of the radiator kept getting me when I was holding the multimeter. about $60

332 R insufficient flow detected EGR. It moves freely with my fingers from behind and I can hear suction when I move it. It wants to stall the motor when I push it all tha way in while running.
I do not have a vacuum tester. EGR $240

411 R Can't control RPM during KOER, low RPM check.
New Mazda $29,000

If any one besides me is looking at this.

I pulled the EGR vavle and cleaned it, it seemed to be working fine but a few shots of cleaner would not hurt. Also cleaned thr TB real good.
Well this got rid if the code 332

I still however have a 173 O2 sensor code I'll check out ebay
a 411 and now a 412 both dealing with RPM control, I'm guessing that the O2 sensor may be the problem of the RPM codes? Anyone have an idea?
and my KOEO codes are 111 no fault.

The code 173 is a O2 sensor lean condition. This is usually caused by a lack of fuel pressure or a vacuum leak. The most common problem is a clogged fuel filter. I would also check the air intake tube to make sure there is no cracks in it letting in un-metered air. If this is good, then start checking the fuel pressure. It sure sounds like the car is starving for fuel by all the symptoms you have.

Alright I'll check that out in the morning, thanks
replaced the fuel filter about 1000 miles ago,

I'll try looking at the other things. I know for a fact there is air coming right in front of the TB from that small bypass air box. Ill seal that off.

it did have a strong fuel oder but couldnt find any leaks.

I did not mean to sound all whiney, I'm just frustrated is all.
