Changing Brake Pads on 323f

Hi folks just signed up looking some advice- I'm pretty basic at bits and pieces on cars but want to swap the brake pads over- anyone be able to tell me the easiest way to do it as me and my mates puzzled.

its a 1997 Mazda 323f 1.5 16v

Any help would be appreciated.
